NYC Passenger Information Form

The following form is to reserve seats on our all day, bus/walking tour of NYC entitled, Providence in Prophecy.  If seats are still available, you will receive an invoice for the trip soon after submitting your information.  Pricing varies per date.  All payments are non-reufndable. 

Passenger 1 entered below on this reservation will be passenger who receives the invoice and is responsible for payment for all others on the same invoice. We cannot separate invoicing for those listed under the same reservation. Anyone requiring a separate invoice must fill out their own, separate, reservation form.

The tour cost is $139 per person for all passengers over 5 years of age. Any passengers under 5 are $69.50

What happens next?

After clicking the SUBMIT button below, your information will be submitted to Oasis Biblical Tours. If there are seats available, you will soon be sent an invoice from our PayPal sysytem, for the total cost of your reservation.

Payment is due when you receive the invoice. Guaranteed seats are first come, first served,  based on the order in which invoices are paid. Your reservation is not confirmed reservation until you have paid your deposit and received your reservation confirmation from Oasis Biblical Tours (OBLT, Inc).
