Your guide is a volunteer. As such, none of the fees collected go to them. They give your tour at his/her own considerable time and expense. If you wish to show appreciation for this substantial sacrifice, a monetary gift would help a lot.

Tours are based on tour guide availability. Wednesday-Sunday. We book tours in 15 minute increments between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm, subject to availability.

Your tour will be about 3 1/2 hours, including a 1/2 hour break for bathroom and food.  You should plan on your total museum experience, including check-in, etc., to take about 4 hours.

Unfortunately we can not honor requests for specific guides. However, if you are personal friends with one of our guides, you can arrange a tour through them.
