Thank you for your interest in bringing a large group to tour the museum with Oasis Biblical Tours! We cant't wait to have you with us.

Large groups require much more work than a standard size group or individual visitors, different circumstances apply. Therefore, we ask that you take the time to read and acknowledge the following.

If you need to arrange certain things to comply with these items listed below, please do so prior to filling out this request. All those booking for a large group, or those who are bus tour operators or travel agents, must agree to the following:

Any Oasis tours mentioned in your advertisements or marketing materials will identify Oasis Biblical Tours as the tour provider.

You must not charge individuals more than the Oasis processing fee + any additional museum entrance fee, if applicable.

All bus groups pay a $12 per person processing fee. This does not include any museum entrance fees that may be charged by the musuem itself.

You agree not to attempt to create, recreate or conduct your own tours at the same museums.

Oasis museum tours must be reserved through our office and and not through any individual guides you may have had in the past.

Those in your groups are not to be given the contact information for guides.

Should any in your group want personal tours in the future, they should do so through the Oasis website and not individual guides.

Please avoid making major changes to your group details at the last minue. Should you feel it necessary to do so, please contact Oasis using the tour coordinator details you will be provided.

If this request is for a Metropolitan Museum of Art tour in New York City, you can not do a museum tour and an Bethel tour in the same day. There is not sufficient time for both.
